Sophisticated gourmets are spoiled by masters, some of them even again highly decorated by Gault Millau as recently as in 2016.
The creations of TV chef Alexander Fankhauser of the Lamark hotel (open only during winter months) in Hochfügen (three stars, 18 points) are world famous. Hannes Ebster of Gasthof Linde in Stumm recently added two Falstaff points to his star (14 points).
