The new "Braukunsthaus" is the home of beer culture and drinking pleasure in Tyrol. On over 4.000m² there is a lot to discover in the art of brewing. During a multimedia tour of the new Zillertal Beer Visitor Centre, guests can gain interesting insights into the past, present and future of Tyrol's oldest private brewery in an entertaining way.
At a 5.000 m2 area children can now enjoy a world of fun and adventure clambering, sliding and having fun. In addition to a vast water-play area and an adventure playground, budding little builders can carry on the work of the Spruce Sprites in the builders’ hut and crane. The tobogganing fun in the Zillertal Valley inspires not only the kids: fun, action and speed await you on the Alpine rollercoaster in the Zillertal Valley. The 1,450 m of coaster fun begins right at the Zillertal Arena Valley Station in Zell and promises to be the biggest summer and winter attraction with its many waves, steep curves and jumps
The Birds of Prey Show at the Eagle's Stage Ahorn located at 2,000 meters above sea level is a very special experience! The show lasts about one hour and gives you ample opportunity to marvel at the spectacular aerial acrobatics of eagles, eagle owls, and other birds of prey against the dreamy backdrop of the Zillertal Alps.
The Zillergrund is the most easterly of the four "Inneren Gründe" with a length of approx. 25 km and extends from the Austro-Italian border to Mayrhofen. The rear of the Zillergrund is called Zillergründl, which is also home to a reservoir that goes under the same name. The valley begins at Heiliggeistjöchl (Holy Ghost Peak) at 2,658 metres above sea level and ends in an easily accessible wooded ravine near Mayrhofen.
The Stilluptal Valley is nestled in the Nature Park of the Zillertal Alps and, at 17km in length, is the shortest of Mayrhofen`s four subsidiary valleys. The idyllic scenery of this valley invites hikers, walkers and cyclists to explore and there are a number of mountain lodges where welcome refreshments and Tyrolean specialities can be enjoyed.
Once at the reservoir, the imposing construction work will simply take your breath away. With a "double curved" dam wall 725 m in length and 131 m high, the Schlegeis Reservoir is one of the largest reservoirs in Tirol and Austria and yet fits in harmoniously with the beautiful natural scenery of the Nature Park of the Zillertal Alps.
Steep rock faces, glaciers & peaks. The Nature Park covers an area of 422 km² and extends over altitudes ranging from ca. 1,000m to 3,510 metres above sea level. Those wanting to hike the entire region will need seven whole days to cover the distance. Eight mountain huts, numerous three thousand metre peaks with steep rocky faces and unique vegetation characterize these beautiful high alpine mountain landscapes. They are also home to rare animal species, which have lived in harmony with hikers, climbers and nature lovers for more than 150 years.

On the exciting adventure trail around the Sommerberg at the Hintertuxer Glacier hiking area, small and large glacier detectives can learn more about the mystery of the glacier from mid-June to the end of September together with the Glacier flea Luis. At many interactive stations, the little glacier researchers can, for example, test how much power is in the glacier or discover the world from a flea’s perspective and dance on oversized snowflakes. Between the interactive stations, two big wooden ball tracks make children’s hearts beat faster.
The nature ice palace enchants all visitors. This worldwide unique jewel of nature offers incomparable insights into the glacier world and is an ideal excursion destination for the whole family in any weather. Ice wonders in the form of up to 8 m long ice stalactite, frozen waterfalls and sparkling ice crystals fascinate all visitors.
The Spannagel Cave is considered to be the highest show cave in Europe. During the guided tour through the unique labyrinth of marble and sinter, the great and small cave explorers learn a lot about the formation and history of the glacier and can admire breathtaking stalactite formations. Sometimes one discovers even the one or other bat during the interesting tour by the special nature monument.
The new children’s area „Almspielerei” on the Eggalm invites even the youngest hikers to marvel and discover. Not far from the Eggalmbahn mountain station at 1,950 metres above sea level, various play stations are waiting to be put through their paces. A large water pond with a pulling boat, play raft and slackline, wooden alpine animals and many other attractions with water promise great fun.
In summer 2019 the glacier flea safari will be one attraction richer. Between the interactive stations, two new wooden ball tracks make children’s hearts beat faster. Fascinated, the little ones observe and follow their wooden balls which overcome numerous obstacles on their way to the finish. No matter if you are going through the wave path, over the sounding carillon or through the narrow crevasse of the glacier – with so many different possibilities no boredom is guaranteed!
Innsbruck is the capital of Tirol and approximately 45 kilometres away from Fügen. Innsbruck offers lots of important and famous attractions, a diversity of restaurants, sidewalk cafes and roof top bars. At the different shops, shopping centers and stores, shopping lovers can find everything the heart desires.

On arrival at the Upside Down House car park in Terfens, you can guess what a crazy day this will be… A fully furnished upside down house offers visitors the opportunity to see a house from a completely different perspective.
