Hiking trails:
Currently, the damage caused by windthrow to the hiking trails is enormous. The clean-up work is in full swing, but the timeframe is not foreseeable.
Temporary closures of individual trail sections are unfortunately unavoidable.
We therefore ask you to exercise increased caution, especially when hiking through the forest, as fallen trees are always to be expected.

The climbing hall in the Zillertal Climbing Center in Aschau in the Zillertal offers you indoor climbing routes on approximately 500m² across all degrees of difficulty up to an altitude of 16 metres so that you can put your climbing skills to the test on a daily basis. The Zillertal Climbing Center in Aschau additionally comes with a generous boulder area, both indoors and outdoors, on a total space of about 170m².

The Zillertal with its numerous via ferrata trails and outdoor adventures offers in summer the perfect setting for unforgettable climbing tours together with friends and family. This extensive offer is rounded off by the professional Zillertal Climbing Center in the Aufenfeld camping park in Aschau. In the Zillertal Climbing Center, you and your children can take individual climbing courses and join training camps where you will have varied fun, irrespective of the weather.

Climbing courses for children

In special courses for kids, your children will learn how to securely master this great sport.
On request, we also offer private and/or special courses to your family or kids. In the small groups of the trial and beginner courses, your children will purposefully learn the ropes and acquire climbing basics having great fun. In the advanced courses, you can then refine your skills and technique and turn into a genuine climbing professional!
