DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

General information
The protection of your personal data is a special priority for us. We therefore process your data only on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003). In this privacy statement we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal information is any data with which you could be personally identified.

Contacting us
If you contact us by completing the form on the website or by e-mail, we will store your data for a period of six months in order to process your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.

Data storage
We draw your attention to the fact that, for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for the subsequent execution of the contract, landlords in the region store the IP data of the subscriber within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, address, e-mail and credit card number of the purchaser.
The data you provide is necessary to fulfil the contract or to implement pre-contractual measures. Without this data the landlords in the region will be unable to conclude any accommodation agreement with you. No data is transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the booking price, and to tax advisers in order to comply with our tax obligations and those of landlords in the region.
After termination of the booking process, the data stored by us will be erased. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (necessary for fulfilment of a contract) of the (GDPR).

Pool of requests
On our website you have the option to submit an unbinding request for offers which will forwarded automatically by the system to our landlords;
you will then receive up to 15 customized holiday offers directly from our hosts/landlords within the following 48 hours.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using your browser. They do not harm your computer.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser next time you visit the website.
If you do not want this to happen, you can configure your browser to notify you of the use of cookies and to only accept cookies in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Web analysis
Our website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service. This service is provided by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files that are placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will normally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art. 6 (1) f der GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded an appropriate contract with the provider for order data processing.
We have also activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. In this way your IP address will be truncated by Google within the area of member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with additional services relating to the usage of the website and the internet. The IP address transferred from your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be kept together with other data of Google.
Your IP address will be recorded, but immediately pseudonymised. This means that only an approximate localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision announced by the European Commission (privacy shield) with Google.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art 6 (1) a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of the GDPR.
Our interest within the scope of the GDPR (justified interest) is the improvement of our services and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 26 months.
